I personally feel like metalcore breakdowns hit harder than deathcore most of the time because the rest of the song isn't as heavy as the breakdown while everything is heavy in a breakdown. I guess it's the same reason I appreciate cleans in metalcore, deathcore, death metal etc. because it contrasts from the rest of the song. Great video btw, cant wait for more
